Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”, “Agreement”) carefully before using the Kiki application (the “App”) operated by us. These Terms govern your use of Kiki across all supported platforms, including iOS, iPadOS, and macOS.
By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of the Terms, you must not use the App.

Kiki is not a learning or gamified language platform — it’s a digital alternative to the classic notebook for vocabulary tracking. Import/export features may be added in future updates.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use this App. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
Kiki uses Apple’s iCloud service to synchronize your data between your Apple devices. We do not access, store, or manage your data on our own servers. You are solely responsible for:
All content you create or store in the App (such as words, tags, notes) remains your sole responsibility. You agree not to upload or store any illegal, offensive, or harmful content within the App.
We reserve the right to restrict or remove access to any content that violates these Terms or any applicable laws.

All rights, title, and interest in and to the App (excluding user-created content) are the property of the developer. The App and its original content, features, and functionality are protected by copyright and trademark laws.
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure. We make no guarantees about the accuracy or reliability of any data stored or synced.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App, including but not limited to data loss, iCloud sync failures, or device malfunction.
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the App is to stop using it.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your devices.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the App after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
