Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how Kiki (“we”, “our”, or “us”) handles your information when you use our application across iOS, iPadOS, and macOS platforms.
By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
We do not collect, store, or share any of your personal data. Kiki is designed to function entirely offline and uses only Apple’s native iCloud service for synchronization between your devices.
We do not collect:
All content you create in the app — such as vocabulary words and tags — is stored locally on your device and optionally synced via iCloud. This data is private and accessible only to you through your Apple ID.
We do not have access to this data, nor do we transmit it to any external servers.
If enabled, Kiki uses Apple’s iCloud service to synchronize your vocabulary data across your Apple devices. This functionality is entirely managed by Apple and subject to Apple’s Privacy Policy.
We do not access, collect, or store your iCloud data.
Kiki does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or data collection services. We do not use cookies, trackers, or any other hidden technologies.
Kiki does not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us — although we do not retain any data to begin with.
Since we do not collect or store your data, there is nothing to request, delete, or correct. You control all of your content directly through the app and iCloud.
If you want to remove your data:
All data is stored locally on your device or securely in your iCloud account. We rely on Apple’s secure infrastructure for any iCloud-based storage. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Apple ID and device.
We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally. If we do, the new version will be posted in the app or on the app store listing. Please check back regularly.
