Terms of Use

These terms cover Kiki’s website and services, provided by Vadym Marchenko. App Store downloads are also subject to the applicable Apple license and purchase terms. Contact kiki.vocabulary@gmail.com with questions.

Using Kiki

Kiki helps you collect and practice vocabulary. Features vary by platform and version. Use the service lawfully and only submit information you are entitled to use. If you cannot enter a binding agreement on your own, use Kiki with a parent or guardian’s permission where required.

Your words remain yours

You retain rights to your content. You permit us and our service providers to process it as needed to deliver the features you request, such as storage, synchronization and translation. Keep exports of information that matters to you; no synchronization system is an infallible backup.

Purchases

Available plans, prices, trial conditions and included features are displayed before purchase. Apple manages billing, renewal, cancellation and eligible refunds for App Store purchases. Deleting Kiki does not cancel a subscription. Manage it in your Apple account subscription settings.

AI and connected assistants

Translations and generated examples can be inaccurate. Check results before relying on them. An MCP connection, when available, acts within permissions you approve and can share information with your chosen assistant or add vocabulary at your request. Review that service’s terms and privacy practices. Revocation stops future access but cannot withdraw copies already received by another service.

Account and device access

Protect your device, email access and verification codes. Anonymous device-based access may not be recoverable after losing the stored credentials. Features described as upcoming are not a promise of availability on a specific date.

Responsible use

Do not bypass access controls, access another person’s library, exploit the service or disrupt its availability. Authorized MCP clients are permitted; automated access remains subject to the same permissions and usage limits as other access.

Availability and liability

We work to keep Kiki useful and reliable, but outages, errors and changes can occur. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation or perfect results. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights.

Changes and ending use

You may stop using Kiki and revoke connected assistants. Contact us about deletion as described in the Privacy Policy. We may restrict access to address misuse or security issues. Updates to these terms will be published with a revised date; material changes will be communicated where required.
